Post assessment, duties will include providing a strategic approach to addressing identified architectural requirements and design improvements. Additional duties include monitoring, documenting and implementation of identity management systems and user/role administration. Time Allocation • 65% – Architecture and Design Review / Process Refinement / RBAC Standardization / SSO Consolidation • 35% - Planning / Documentation. Desired Skills • Knowledge of Active Directory and Active Directory Security Group best practices. • Excellent knowledge of RBAC implementation best practices. • In depth understanding of Single Sign On (SSO), Federation (SAML and OIDC), OAUTH and MFA implementations within a multi-tenant environment. • Experience with identity management systems such as Ping, Okta, Sailpoint, CyberArk, Symantec VIP • The ability to automate tasks via scripting (Powershell, Python, Java or SQL preferred) • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams at various levels. • Experience with Azure AD a plus. • Familiarity with Zero Trust security strategies.
